The EMI issue of high-speed PCBS (typically referring to PCBS with signal frequencies exceeding 100 MHZ or rising edges less than 1ns) is indeed more difficult to troubleshoot, as high-frequency signals have stronger radiation capabilities and are prone to problems such as transmission line effects and crosstalk.
The reliability core of blind buried via circuit boards lies in "interconnection stability" and "environmental adaptability". The core reliability indicators include four major categories: conduction reliability, temperature resistance reliability, moisture and heat resistance reliability, and vibration resistance reliability. These indicators directly determine the service life and stability of the product in actual use.
