The Main Process of PCBA:
PCB Manufacturing and Component Management:
Producing PCBs based on Gerber files provided by clients. Purchase components from the Bill of Materials (BOM) to meet quality standards.
SMT and THT assembly technologies:
Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is the most widely used assembly method in consumer electronics, ideal for high-density and miniaturized component layouts; Through-hole Technology (THT) is suitable for components requiring high-strength connections.
Welding process:
The components are fixed on the circuit board and soldered using reflow soldering or wave soldering.
Inspection and Testing:
